“I have been married since 1976. I have 3 children, the oldest of which is a physician in training to be a nuclear medicine specialist. My second daughter is a nurse at Atlanta Children’s Hospital emergency Department. My son is finishing in civil engineering at University of Tennessee.”
“My hobbies include exercising, with dual benefits of physical conditioning and sense of emotional well-being, sailing, woodworking, snow skiing, bicycling, and hiking. I enjoy performing yard work and have often said that when I tell my wife, I am not willing to cut the grass anymore; she can find me a place in the nursing home. I am in the process of trying to learn to play the guitar. If you could hear me play, you would know that it is a work in progress.”
